• We are thrilled to be able to hold our 4th annual Re-Creation Camp! The theme this year is “Changed.” We will look at how God brings about change for us and in us as we trust in Him.
  • The camp will be held from Tuesday, July 28 through Thursday, July 30 from 9:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. The cost is $35 per camper.
  • Payments must be received at time of registration. Waivers must be received before the camper’s arrival. Links to these are provided.

You will notice as you register that we still have track offerings, but these track offerings are grouped together. For a simple explanation, the children will be assigned to a “traveling group” that will remain together for the duration of the camp. This group will be no larger than 10 and will be assigned a Shepherd (adult guide). This group of 10 will rotate through their track choices so that contact with larger groups does not occur. When you register, you will see all the possible arrangements of tracks. Choose 3 options so that we have some flexibility in assigning them. Tracks will be granted on a first-come, first-served basis and they are unable to be changed once camp starts.

You will be asked to attest to the health of your camper upon arrival each day. Again, this is in keeping with CDC proposed guidelines and not due to any desire to intrude upon your privacy. The questions you will be asked are as follows:

  • Has the camper had contact with anyone experiencing cough, shortness or breath, or sore throat?
  • Has the camper had a fever in the last 48 hours?
  • Has the camper had a new loss of taste or smell?
  • Has the camper been in contact with anyone who has tested positive for COVID-19?
  • Has the camper had vomiting or diarrhea in the past 24 hours?

If any of these questions are answered with a “yes,” the camper will be unable to participate in Re-Creation Camp. We will not be able to refund your fee.

Also, campers will travel with their belongings all day long. This is in keeping with our small group format, so their small group will travel together on campus, eat together at lunch, and carry out Bible study together. They will be given their own supplies (with the exception of archery and high ropes equipment which will be sanitized between uses) so that to prevent contamination.

Because of these accommodations, masks are not required for Re-Creation Camp. We feel it would be unsafe for a child playing in the sun to have their breathing hindered in any way.

You will receive a parent reminder letter as we draw nearer to the camp date.

Please understand, with all the protocols we have in place, you assume any risks by registering your child for Re-Creation Camp.
